Martin Mattler is president of Countrywide Practice Brokerage, Inc. Since founding the company in 1981, Mr. Mattler has brokered the sale of hundreds of dental practices in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

In addition to the firm's practice sales, Mr. Mattler provides consulting services to help dentists in structuring partnerships and practice mergers. He has also testified as an expert witness in the courts of New York and New Jersey regarding the valuation of practices.

Mr. Mattler has lectured on practice transition topics at New York University, Columbia University, the Greater New York Dental Meeting, the Big Apple Dental Meeting and various dental societies in the Tri-state region.

Prior to founding the company, Mr. Mattler was the tax manager of the Depository Trust Company, the nation’s largest securities depository.

Mr. Mattler earned a master’s degree in finance from Fordham University Graduate School of Business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.
